Course Description

If you’re able to throw bowls and cylinders, while keeping the clay centered as you open, pull up the wall and shape, then you are ready for our next step up - Intermediate Potter's Wheel. This class will continue to explore and develop your skill set as you find and develop your artistic style. In this six-week, two-hour class we’ll get more specific with techniques exploring other complex forms. We designed this course with the idea that some potters may wish to take it more than once. Included with Intermediate Potter’s Wheel: - Open studio time to practice throwing on your own each week. - 25 pounds of clay (+ firing and glazing). If you use all six hours of studio time each week, you will need to keep an eye on your clay to make sure it lasts for the course. You might need to work on your wedging and recycling skills - a good thing!

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or be refunded (less transaction fees) requires: - at least 3 days notice before a One-Time Class - at least 5 days notice before the first day of a 6-week course No refunds issued with less than the required notice above, but if your spots are rebooked we will gladly reschedule you.
