Potter's Wheel Basics explores the fundamentals of wheel throwing with experienced instructors over six weeks at Throw Clay LA. Whether you're new to pottery or want to revisit the fundamentals, this hands-on class covers all the essentials—from centering and throwing to trimming and glazing. Led by expert instructors, each weekly class is two hours long and includes access to open studio time so you can practice building your skills between sessions. With personalized guidance and a supportive environment, you'll learn to throw functional pieces during this introductory 6 week course.
